First annual event  set for August 10 - 12th 2012 in Las Vegas NV, Sincity

The BIG HURT is a music and arts fest for the city of Las Vegas which includes live musical performances from touring acts around the nation playing at vegas's top venues. Along with a tattoo art show kicking off the weekend in the art district friday night outside of the Artiface.
